A null pointer points at nothing. Dereference it and things get interesting. That is the whole idea behind NULL*: start from nothing, ship something, and have fun doing it.

We are a hackathon team just getting started: zero events behind us, a whole calendar ahead, and one very opinionated cat.

The mascot

A hooded cat whose tail is a pointer. It reads the room, naps when ignored and bites bugs. Pet it, then flip through its file.

NAME

SYNOPSIS
null [--purr] [--hunt BUG] [--nap] [--poke]

DESCRIPTION
Mascot of NULL*. Dereferences impossible things. Responds to being petted, ignored, and chased by a cursor. Naps when left alone; wakes with a start when you return.

BUGS
Poking more than five times in four seconds causes a core dump. Please do not try this on the home page.
